Drive portfolio performance and value as a senior asset management leader.

This strategic role focuses on developing comprehensive asset management strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and investment goals.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Develop and execute asset management strategies to optimise portfolio performance and value.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators to assess financial and operational outcomes.
  • Conduct rigorous financial modelling and market analysis to evaluate acquisition and disposition opportunities.
  • Manage lease agreements and negotiations to optimise rental income and minimise vacancies.
  • Monitor capital expenditure requirements and projects to ensure return on investment and risk management.

We seek a qualified professional with a strong understanding of leasing process, capital expenditure, and valuation principles.

Tertiary qualification in property or related field is required, along with minimum 15+ years' experience in property and asset management.

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills are essential for success in this role.
