Job Description:

You will be responsible for owning and leading the strategic development and execution of a portfolio of products.

The ideal candidate will have experience in driving business growth through effective portfolio management and team leadership.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing portfolio strategies, managing inventory requirements, and ensuring alignment with senior leadership.

You will also be responsible for building a high-performing team through strong coaching and leadership, and driving collaboration with other commercial and functional teams.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering business results through effective portfolio strategy and execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MBA preferred
  • Validated business growth and delivery of P&L targets through portfolio strategy and tactical actions
  • Team management experience with a track record of building, developing, and coaching an impactful team
  • Experience working in a global matrix organisation with a decentralised model
  • Results-oriented and driven to succeed
