Job Overview

The Regional Manager is a pivotal role within The NRMA, responsible for overseeing the Country Network and ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers. This position demands a high level of strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the future vision for the Country Network, ensuring service continuity, coverage, and sustainability.
  • Lead a large and diverse field-based workforce, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, aligning with The NRMA's aspiration to be the number one provider of Roadside Assistance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve differences and facilitate decision-making, leveraging exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Monitor and drive performance improvements, achieving operational targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering outcomes aligned with The NRMA's Values and Culture Playbook.
  • Developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver messages confidently to executive and frontline levels.
  • High degree of organization and time management, with a pragmatic approach to delivering real-world solutions.
  • Previous leadership experience of a large field workforce, with a resilient ability to lead through transformational landscapes.
  • Extensive management experience within a customer service environment, combined with business and commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional data analytical skills, driving strategic planning and thinking.
