Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality client-focused care in a community setting.

The successful candidate will manage and administer the delivery of nursing care to our clients in their homes, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver skilled nursing services to clients in their homes, managing medication, wound and continence care, and other nursing tasks
  • Work autonomously or within a team environment to deliver excellent care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor Degree of Nursing
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Current Australian National Police check
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • WWCC (or willing to obtain)
  • A smart mobile phone (iPhone / Android)
  • Driver's licence with a registered & comprehensively insured vehicle (willing to transport clients to medical appointments)
Preferred Skills

Ideally, you will have:

  • Experience working within the community care sector
  • Proficiency and confidence in using technology daily
