The Role

Making lives better and happier ageing are at the heart of what we do – enabling members of our ageing and disabled community to live a fulfilling life at home as long as possible, doing what they love to do.

We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening or overnight to meet our client's needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship.
  • Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse).
  • Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
  • Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
Requirements
  • A minimum Cert III in either Aged Care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experience.
  • A National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector).
  • A Working With Children Check.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion.
  • NDIS Clearance.
