Therapeutic Home-Based Care Specialist

We are seeking compassionate and skilled professionals to provide one-on-one home-based care for children and young people with complex needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Embracing Strengths and Needs: Understand the individual strengths and requirements of each child or young person, ensuring they receive the clinical and therapeutic support needed.
  • Meeting Care Needs: Consistently meet the care needs of children with high and complex needs, participating in essential training programs to enhance your skills.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Actively participate in Care Team Meetings, working under the supervision of a Therapeutic Specialist to implement therapeutic strategies.
  • Effective Communication: Engage in regular and transparent communication with the care team, providing updates and receiving guidance.
  • Supporting Growth: Welcome increased support and guidance within your home to facilitate therapeutic care planning and promote personal growth.
  • Ongoing Development: Participate in ongoing accredited training and reflective practice to continually develop your skills and understanding.
