In Aboriginal Home Health we've been caring for our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander elders and community in NSW for more than 30 years. Our aim is to empower our elders to live in the comfort of their homes for as long as possible while receiving ongoing culturally appropriate care and connecting with other members of the community.

Aboriginal Home Health provides culturally appropriate in-home care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander elders and communities in NSW.

The Opportunity

This role will be servicing the community of Kempsey.

Who we are looking for
  • A compassionate, empathetic, respectful Carer
  • Has a reliable car and Australian Driver Licence
  • Both experienced and non-experienced encouraged to apply
What you will be doing
  • Domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, vacuuming, bed making, and meal preparation
  • Social support such as accompanying our clients to their doctor appointments, shopping and social outings.
  • Personal Care duties including showering, feeding and toileting; assist in oral medication (only for personal care worker positions).
