Job Opportunity: General Manager RetailWe are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of General Manager Retail. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing site food operations and field leadership team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver a differentiated store offer across the national network
  • Lead and build a team of high-performing site food operators and field leaders
  • Drive and manage supplier agreements to achieve business objectives
  • E nsure delivery of operational and commercial standards at all retail locations nationally
About the Role:

As General Manager Retail, you will have a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies to achieve robust sustainable growth in revenue and profit. You will also be able to provide strong leadership that is influential and collaborative.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading teams and driving business results
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to travel to stores nationally and work on some weekends
  • Based in Brisbane with hybrid commuting options from Melbourne or Sydney
