We are an Insurance Brokerage located in Findon, South Australia, seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our fast growing team.

This full time role is ideal for school leavers or individuals who have completed school in the last couple of years who are looking for an exciting opportunity to start their career in the insurance industry.

**About the Role**
As a Junior Broker Assistant, you will provide vital insurance broking support to our team. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Working with other database software to ensure accurate record management.
- Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Learning about the fundamentals of insurance

While the role is primarily focused on internal operations (no client facing duties), a commitment to delivering excellent customer outcomes is essential. As we are growing there are many opportunities for progression and promotion whether in broking/sales based roles or administrative based roles.

**About You**
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Touch typing skills are highly advantageous.
- **Computer Skills**: The ability to use Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
- **Organisational Skills**: Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- **Numerical Aptitude**: An interest in numbers and maths is a plus, as insurance involves calculations and percentages.
- **Team Player**: A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude toward learning.

**Remuneration**
Pay rates will vary depending on your age.
