We are seeking a successful and experienced Insurance Broker Account Manager, with the right drive and ambition, to join our rapidly growing insurance and finance brokerage. This role will be key in maintaining relationships with current stakeholders, clients, and winning new business. The role will directly report to and support the Director of the firm with its core activities relating to (existing) client service and generating new business.

Role Description
This is a hybrid role for an Insurance Broker Account Manager based in Adelaide, SA, with the flexibility for some remote work.
This role will directly, report, and support the director.
This is a varied and versatile role where you will be responsible for an existing portfolio of clients and be involved in maintaining relationships and winning new business through effective strategies, which you will develop with the support of the business; you can make this role exciting and rewarding and your own, with:
• Collaboration and development for new business to increase Commercial Insurance revenue
• involved in processing duties including endorsements, renewals, Certificates of Currencies as well as other duties
• Full understanding of all Commercial covers offered within the business and a strong ability to liaise and engage clients as needed
• Previous experience and ability to service, engage, and advise corporate clients and stakeholders
• Represent clients and negotiate with Insurers, and manage claims end-to-end in a seamless stress-free process
• Meet with clients
• Providing advice and recommendations to clients, within the scope of the provision of services
Qualifications and About You:
- Qualified Tier 1 Insurance Broking and/or Dip Fin Services (Insurance Broking) essential
- Min 3 years' experience within insurance broking, with client-facing and acquisition experience
- Strong technical Knowledge in Industrial Special Risk accounts and products essential
- Experience, and understanding of insurance industry, across all product classes
- Previous system experience using Winbeat is essential
- Friendly and Personable
- Strong and independent work ethic
- Strong communicator who is sales oriented with excellent relationship building skills
- Previous experience and ability to service, engage, and advise corporate clients and stakeholders
- Team Player and willing to perform in a team environment, but strong independent work-ethics
- Highly skilled account management capability to meet tight deadlines, while working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
