This role offers the chance to lead workforce strategy and organisation design projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to create meaningful outcomes that meet client requirements. The opportunity is based in Melbourne, with flexible options for Sydney or Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client projects by defining and achieving strategic objectives with colleagues and clients.
  • Support clients by analysing data, generating insights, and guiding problem-solving exercises.
  • Identify and support business development opportunities aligned with organisational transformation goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in workforce strategy and organisational design at a senior level.
  • Proactive client focus and experience in consulting with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
