We're looking for a skilled consultant to join our Organisation and Workforce Transformation practice, where you'll lead projects that drive business success through innovative talent deployment and employee lifecycle strategies.

Your Role:

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for co-designing and delivering organisation and workforce solution-related projects for clients. You'll align talent with business strategy, transition workforces, and reshape organisations to meet changing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to co-design and deliver organisation and workforce solution-related projects for clients.
  • Design organisational structures and align talent with business strategy for day one readiness and beyond.
  • Transition workforces and implement successful restructuring.
  • Reshape workforces to meet changing business needs through cost-effective actions.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in organisational design, workforce strategy, strategic workforce planning, talent management, and future of work trends.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in managing teams, delivering projects, and analysing data.
