Electrical Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact engineering projects that drive innovation and sustainability.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects across various industries, including mining, oil and gas, water, and infrastructure. Our team is passionate about delivering safe, efficient, and industry-leading solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead electrical design teams to deliver innovative and safe project solutions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive project plans and execution strategies
  • Provide technical direction and guidance to junior engineers to ensure delivery of high-quality engineering outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our engineering capabilities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant (7+ years) and current Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering experience
  • Design experience in LV and HV distribution system design, including motor control centres and switchboard
  • HV and LV power system modelling and protection design, with experience using ETAP software
  • Strong focus on safety in design and ability to work independently on multiple projects
  • CPEng accreditation or willingness to participate in certification process
