We're seeking a proactive and technically skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support our mining partners in
South Australia
. This role is ideal for someone passionate about asset performance, defect elimination, and strategic maintenance planning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead fixed plant reliability initiatives, ensuring optimal equipment performance
  • Conduct strategy reviews and implement continuous improvement actions
  • Drive defect elimination and root cause analysis across electrical systems
  • Deliver minor improvement works to enhance plant safety, efficiency, and uptime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed best practices in maintenance


Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance within mining or heavy industry
  • Strong background in reliability engineering and RCA methodologies
  • Hands-on exposure to SAP
    and maintenance strategy development
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
