Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Mining | South Australia

We're seeking a proactive and technically skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support our mining partners in South Australia. This role is ideal for someone passionate about asset performance, defect elimination, and strategic maintenance planning.

Responsibilities
  • Lead fixed plant reliability initiatives, ensuring optimal equipment performance
  • Conduct strategy reviews and implement continuous improvement actions
  • Drive defect elimination and root cause analysis across electrical systems
  • Deliver minor improvement works to enhance plant safety, efficiency, and uptime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed best practices in maintenance
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance within mining or heavy industry
  • Strong background in reliability engineering and RCA methodologies
  • Hands-on exposure to SAP and maintenance strategy development
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
