We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director/Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver quality engineering solutions across various market sectors, working with and leading project engineering teams.
  • Participate in business administration, finance, marketing, and recruitment, reporting to senior management and providing strategic inputs.
  • Seek and develop new project opportunities, operating as a Senior Engineer and Design Manager/Project Manager on various projects.
  • Provide technical inputs, site surveys, material research, and construction administration responsibilities.
  • Communicate and coordinate work with project teams, consultants, and clients, mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in Building Services Electrical Engineering.
  • Expertise in Defence and/or Healthcare is preferable.
  • Recognised Member of Engineers Australia, eligible for registration as a CPEng.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills, ability to work within project timelines and budgets.
  • AutoCAD and Revit knowledge, experience in Quality Assurances, managing multiple projects, and interpersonal communication skills.
