Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee the technical delivery of sophisticated system upgrades for our Australian Defence Air Traffic System (ADATS) Capability Assurance Program (CAP) Tranche 2.

The successful candidate will spearhead the implementation of next-generation system upgrades across multiple RAAF sites, ensuring seamless air traffic control capabilities for both military and civilian operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in technical leadership roles managing complex system integration projects
  • Proven ability to analyse and solve difficult problems involving multiple variables across various functions and specialties
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in external customer and vendor relationships
  • Experience in developing and executing operational plans with measurable contributions to functional outcomes, including integrated logistics support activities
