Job Overview:

The role of Systems Engineer is a crucial part of our team, responsible for the development and integration of advanced military air traffic control systems.   • Support technical integration of system upgrades with existing ADATS infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation across multiple RAAF sites nationwide.
  • Analyse and document system interface requirements between COTS components and legacy systems.
  • Execute verification and validation activities, including factory and site acceptance testing.
  • Identify technical risks and implement approved mitigation strategies for system integration challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders in executing system implementation and transition plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant engineering experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of systems engineering principles and practices.
  • Proven technical problem-solving skills with ability to work under general supervision.
  • Experience in requirements analysis and system integration activities.
