Air Traffic Control Training Specialist

Job Description:

This role involves designing and implementing comprehensive training solutions to enable the successful transition to modernized air traffic control systems. Working within our Integrated Logistics Support team, you will develop training programs that bridge technical complexity with practical operational needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integrated logistics support principles and training development methodologies. You will be responsible for analysing and documenting training requirements for operators and maintainers across multiple sites, designing and developing training materials, creating practical exercises and assessment tools, and coordinating and delivering training in alignment with system installation schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in training development, preferably in technical or defence environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse complex systems and translate technical information into effective training materials.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting technical content to diverse audiences.
