Co. Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnerships & Relationship Manager to drive business growth and manage client relationships.

This exciting opportunity combines business development, property management, and relationship-building, requiring a proven track record in both property and relationship management.

The ideal candidate will play a vital part in client acquisition, managing key partnerships, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and establish strong referral relationships.
  • Task-Based Property Management: Oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring all legal and operational requirements are met.
  • Client Retention: Develop and execute strategies to ensure long-term client satisfaction and continued business.
  • Operational Management: Maintain efficient processes and systems, reporting on KPIs, and driving business development initiatives.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to identify cross-selling and new business opportunities across different areas of the company.

Requirements:

  • Queensland Real Estate Certificate or Agents Licence: Current and valid to operate in the QLD market.
  • Unencumbered Driver's Licence: Ability to travel for meetings and property inspections.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in property management and relationship management, with a focus on client acquisition and retention.
  • Technological Proficiency: Competence with CRM systems, Property Me, and property management tools.
