Healthcare Valuation Manager

Join a team of experienced professionals as a Healthcare Valuation Manager and take on the challenge of delivering high-quality valuations and advisory services to clients in the healthcare sector. This role will see you work closely with our dedicated Healthcare Team to deliver innovative solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive valuations of healthcare assets, including hospitals, aged care facilities, and retirement villages.
  • Collaborate with our team of experts to provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on a range of projects and transactions.
  • Provide market research and trend analysis to inform client decisions.
  • Support the development of thought leadership papers and contribute to the growth of our healthcare practice.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience as a Qualified Valuer or Assistant Valuer.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with excellent report writing and presentation skills.
  • Professional accreditation either as a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) of the Australian Property Institute (API) or Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
