We are seeking a Tangible Assets Valuer to support the delivery of our asset due diligence and valuation services. This role involves analysing client data, conducting market research, performing physical inspections of plant and equipment, developing and reviewing valuation models, and leading meetings with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Corporate Finance, Accounting or Engineering, combined with a Business/Commerce degree. They should possess strong analytical skills and be able to display innovative data analytics capabilities.

This role also requires expertise in performing plant and equipment valuation, with membership or eligibility for membership in relevant professional bodies such as the American Society of Appraisers or the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors being preferred.
