Job Title

We are seeking a Plant and Equipment Valuer to join our team based in Melbourne or Sydney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking valuations of property, infrastructure, plant and equipment assets throughout the Pacific Region for financial reporting and insurance renewal purposes.

  • Apply knowledge to undertake valuations of varying types of assets for differing purposes
  • Work across multiple large scale projects to meet deadlines while managing your time effectively
  • Demonstrate key client relationship management

The ideal candidate will have:

  • AAPI, ASA or RICS qualification
  • 5+ years' experience in performing plant and equipment valuations
  • Valuations experience across multiple industries (e.g. manufacturing, power generation, oil & gas, food processing)
