Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the Fit Education location, ensuring all equipment, facilities, and services are in top condition.
- Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams or vendors to address repairs and maintenance issues promptly.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of trainers.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and development sessions to ensure high performance and alignment with Fit Education values.
- Schedule and oversee staff shifts, ensuring proper coverage at all times.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new staff as necessary.
- Build strong relationships with members to foster a supportive and encouraging fitness environment.
- Address and resolve member concerns or complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Create programs and initiatives to enhance member engagement and retention.
- Monitor member feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall experience.
- Manage membership sales, renewals, and upgrades to meet monthly and quarterly financial goals.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., membership growth, retention rates, revenue targets).
- Understand the studio's budget, including payroll, expenses, and inventory.
- Drive local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract new members.
