Aquatic Services Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatic Services Coordinator to lead our aquatics team and deliver high-quality swim school programs. This is a full-time role that requires the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues, members, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Manager in leading the Swim Teachers and Squad Coaches to ensure high-quality delivery of swim school programs.
  • Have a passion for swimming and the progression of students, and be energetic, dynamic, outgoing, and fun with a flair for working with children.
  • Ensure outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence to deliver exceptional results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • AUSTSWIM Certificate (Teaching of water swimming and water safety or equivalent).
  • AUSTSWIM extension certificates (desirable but not essential).
  • Previous experience leading a large workforce towards business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated business and/or marketing experience.
  • Previous experience leading/reporting/monitoring financial outcomes.
  • National Police Check.
  • Working with Vulnerable People.
  • Level 2 First Aid and current CPR.
  • Legally entitled to work in Australia.
