Aquatic Services Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Aquatic Services Coordinator to lead our aquatics team in delivering exceptional swim school programs.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management team in leading Swim Teachers and Squad Coaches to ensure outstanding delivery of swim school programs.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • AUSTSWIM Certificate (Teaching of water swimming and water safety or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in leading large teams towards business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business and/or marketing.
  • Experience in managing financial outcomes.
