  • Manage overall commercial and risk for each assigned project
  • Prepare, approve, and execute contract change orders, and contract amendments
  • Plan negotiation strategies with legal acumen to achieve optimum results
  • Guide and train managers on best contract management practices

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in contract negotiation and contract management
  • ASDEFCON and or construction law experience
  • Good customer relations and communications skills
  • Experience working with complex and critical systems
  • Legal experience and or qualifications are essential
  • Must hold an AGSVA issued security clearance
