Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Lighting Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Lighting Coordinator to work closely with our Technical Project Manager to coordinate lighting projects and execute requirements for various retail stores across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Coordinate commercial lighting projects from design to installation, maintaining associated documentation.
  • Develop and prepare lighting plans, specifications and proposals that align with project requirements and our corporate vision.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and execution.
  • Undertake lighting drafting, design and simulation to ensure compliance with Australian/New Zealand standards.
  • Attend site meetings as required and conduct site surveys to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Lighting Design, Architecture or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in lighting design, project documentation, and coordination.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, AGi32/Dialux, Photometric toolbox, and other lighting design tools.
  • A sound understanding of AS/NZ Lighting Standards and Building/Construction Codes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
