The Role

Join our Shared Services team of 8, as a generalist Accounts Payable Officer reporting into our Accounts Payable Team Lead. Whilst your day to day work may vary, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing & verifying Store Support office invoices through VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) and Store supplier invoices
  • Management of shared mailboxes
  • Preparing the weekly/monthly payment run for approval
  • Processing team personal expense reimbursements

The successful candidate will have:

  • The ability to multi-task and meet team deadlines
  • 2 years + knowledge of Accounts Payable
  • SAP experience (preferred but essential)
  • Intermediate MS Excel knowledge
  • Great attention to detail & be results orientated
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong reconciliation skills
