    About Our Client

    This retail organisation is a well-established company known for delivering quality products and services. They are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join their Accounting & Finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.

    Job Description
    • Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors using ERP software.
    • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
    • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
    • Communicate with vendors regarding payment queries or issues.
    • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.
    • Continuously review and improve accounts payable processes.

    The Successful Applicant

    A Successful Accounts Payable Officer Should Have
    • Proficiency in large ERP or other accounting software.
    • A strong understanding of accounts payable processes and principles.
    • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication skills for liaising with vendors and internal teams.
    • A proactive approach to managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
    • Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • A team player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
