Blink Creative is a full service creative agency based in the heart of vibrant Fitzroy. We're looking for a results-driven Digital Performance Marketer to join our friendly, tight-knit team. With a strong pipeline of work and a diverse client base, this role is ideal for someone knows how to turn strategy into tangible leads for a range of audiences.

Our client-base spans from property, community and health products and initiatives, architecture and B2C product campaigns.

You'll be responsible for the setup, management and optimising of our digital ad campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn, with a focus on lead generation and performance.

This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who's experienced, analytical, and thrives on seeing campaigns deliver real results.

What You'll Be Doing

• Launching and Managing Meta and LinkedIn advertising campaigns end-to-end
• Set up and manage conversion tracking across platforms (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, GA4, etc.)
• Build and generate performance reports in Looker Studio with clear insights and recommendations
• Optimise campaigns for CPL, CTR, ROAS, and other key metrics

What We're Looking For

• A data-led mindset with an eye for targeting and detail
• 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a clear track record in lead generation
• Strong experience running Meta and LinkedIn campaigns (bonus points for experience with both paid lead gen and engagement)
• Solid knowledge of setting up and managing conversions and custom events
• Confidence in creating and interpreting campaign performance reports
• Confident in diagnosing and identifying and resolving campaign or reporting issues – with a clear understanding of where to look and what to check
• Proactive, responsive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Willingness to learn and contribute to our Google Ads management, if not already experienced.
