Senior Finance Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as a Senior Finance Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for driving cost efficiencies and performance uplift through deep analysis of freight spend, route efficiency, and transport methods.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Category, and Finance teams, leveraging your analytical skills to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning freight analytics and monthly financial outcomes across Supply Chain
  • Delivering in-depth analysis to identify cost savings opportunities and performance enhancements
  • Leading budgeting and forecasting for freight, supply chain, and other related areas
  • Developing and maintaining freight-related master data and reporting tools
  • Building a Cost to Serve model to support informed decision-making
  • Presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Driving continuous improvement and automation across reporting processes
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar finance or analytics role
  • CA/CPA qualified with a degree in Business, Commerce, Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Advanced Excel and SAP skills; Power BI experience a plus
  • Proven ability to transform data into actionable insights
  • Experience with data systems such as SQL, IBP, TM1, BW
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Able to work independently and manage complexity
