**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Professional to lead the management of assets, capital works programs, and infrastructure within Finance and Business Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the delivery of accurate monthly financial reports
  • Conducting regular meetings with project managers and supervisors
  • Reviewing and monitoring maintenance contract deliverables
  • Developing best practices related to asset management and capital works upgrades

Eligibility requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent, or five years of experience working in a major organization. Prior registration under relevant laws is also required.
