Site Leader Opportunity

We are seeking experienced professionals to lead multi-disciplinary trade crews on a major infrastructure project.

This role focuses on site-based supervision, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality across all activities.

You will authorise works, monitor progress, and ensure smooth operations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate construction planning to ensure efficient execution aligned with plans and schedules.
  • Lead subcontractors in executing approved site works.
  • Maintain equipment and vehicles per safety standards.
  • Rectify defects promptly and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Liaise with engineers to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Perform daily checks including permits, audits, and environmental controls.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.

About You:

  • Trade qualification or equivalent industry experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in site leadership and effective management is essential.
  • Prior experience in infrastructure projects is highly regarded.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documentation.
