Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver effective financial administration, including planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting to achieve the school's objectives.
  • Develop a strong team ethos within the Administration Team and contribute to the school's Business Plan.
  • Lead a team of support staff, ensuring governance, reporting, and compliance with relevant legislation and requirements.
  • Support infrastructure management, maintenance, and projects as part of the school's priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong financial management capabilities, with experience in budget preparation and applying financial and accounting practices.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in leading a team and providing high-level human resource and financial advice.
  • Understanding of relevant legislation, reporting, and governance requirements related to the role.
  • Infrastructure management, maintenance, and project experience is advantageous.
