Marketing Leadership Role

About the Position:
  • Oversee annual marketing, communication, and stakeholder engagement plans to achieve strategic goals of awareness, advocacy, profit, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure success of branding and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership - Foster a high-performance culture and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure the success of branding and marketing strategies.
  2. Strategic Marketing - Develop initiatives across fundraising, stakeholder engagement, promotions, and traditional/digital media under the direction of senior leadership.
  3. Media Management - Establish relationships with media partners and outlets, ensuring impactful media coverage, and manage campaigns and PR activities with professionalism.
  4. Brand Management - Maintain and grow brand positioning, ensuring consistency across digital channels, campaigns, and marketing collateral.
  5. Events & Campaign Planning - Lead the planning and execution of impactful community events and awareness campaigns in collaboration with senior leadership.
  6. Publications & Writing - Oversee production of marketing collateral, annual reports, newsletters, and impactful media pieces.
  7. Financial Management - Collaborate with finance teams to manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met consistently across marketing activities.
  8. People Skills - Build and nurture relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, advocating for continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
