Job Opportunity

The Regional Business Manager role requires a dynamic leader to oversee the financial and administrative teams, ensuring efficient business management processes. They will develop, monitor, and review financial plans, coordinate budgets, and analyze expenditure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic guidance and facilitating change in financial and business management
  • Preparing and reviewing business and finance strategies for regional operations
  • Leading the financial and administrative team
  • Cultivating and applying best practices
  • Managing accounting processes for South Coast regional cost centers

Candidates should possess demonstrated knowledge and experience of financial and procurement management at a supervisory level, including ability to prepare and review a business/financial strategy for a small organization.

Analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills are required to compile and analyze financial information, data trends, and reporting.

Leadership ability to work in a team, empower colleagues, and champion change management is essential.

Experience in using computer-based financial software and providing financial support and procurement management in a government agency, with knowledge of relevant acts and regulations, is desirable.
