Key Responsibilities:

The Plant Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of our Albany Concrete Plant, leading production, logistics, and sales teams to achieve strategic objectives and operational targets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing leader who fosters collaboration and cooperation, with strengths in analysis and problem-solving, while dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Lead plant operations to achieve strategic objectives and operational targets.
  • E nsure concrete is supplied and delivered in accordance with schedules.
  • Maximise fleet utilisation, oversee stock management and COD processes, and ensure the plant operates in full compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies.

Further responsibilities include being a role model for safety, maintaining a safe system of work, effective day-to-day supervision of reports and contractors, and ensuring forecasts, stock levels, and KPIs are managed in conjunction with production staff.
