About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work on complex and interesting matters, including residential conveyancing, property, and leasing. You will be responsible for:

  • Document management, including dictation, drafting, and amending of complex documents
  • Collation and preparation of large contracts, agreements, and documents
  • Diary management, including coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
  • File and database management, including hard copy and electronic files
  • Time sheet entry and client billing
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 12 months of experience as a legal secretary
  • Strong technical skills, including a fast and accurate typing speed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work
