The Role

As a key member of the Engineering unit, we are seeking a skilled Senior Project Engineer to oversee various projects within our organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • planning and contract management, along with supervision of engineering projects;
  • initiating project scoping, drafting reports, and reviewing project design briefs;
  • tendering processes, from document preparation to evaluation and recommendation;
  • coordinating approvals and permits for civil infrastructure projects.

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Civil engineering registration in Victoria;
  • experience in team management or staff supervision;
  • expertise in civil design and construction, procurement, and contract administration;
  • skills in problem-solving, community engagement, and project management;
  • a keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.
