JNR Civil is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior / Graduate Civil Engineer to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career, gain hands-on experience, and be mentored by industry professionals on a variety of civil projects.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the planning, design, and delivery of civil construction projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Support feasibility studies, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
- Work alongside an experienced Project Manager both on-site and in the office.
- Help manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project documentation.
- Learn all aspects of the civil construction industry.
- Contribute to managing SWMS, HSEQ, and IMS systems.
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate (or near completion) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in both the field and the office.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project).
- Valid driver's licence and White Card.
- Enthusiasm, initiative, and a genuine passion for building your career.
