Civil Design Engineer - Eastern Suburbs Consultancy with Real Impact

Are you a Civil Design Engineer looking to be more than just a number?

We're working with a well-respected, smaller-sized civil engineering design consultancy based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. Known for their practical, high-quality work across land development and civil infrastructure projects, they offer a genuine opportunity to make your mark on local projects that matter.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to work closely with senior engineers, be involved across all phases of design, and contribute to a team where your input is valued.

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of local experience in civil design - ideally covering land development, roads, drainage, and utilities
  • Proficiency in Civil3D and Advanced Road Design (ARD) is essential
  • A locally recognised civil engineering qualification (preferred)
  • Strong technical capability, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise with clients and authorities when required
