Job Opportunity

We are a Sydney-based cosmetic clinic with an experienced team of doctors providing comprehensive beauty therapy and facial rejuvenation services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Answering calls
  • Taking bookings
  • Greeting patients on arrival
  • Delivering patients to their treating specialist
  • Checking out patients, invoicing and sending post treatment notes

The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, preferably with experience in Best Practice or similar software
  • Punctuality, reliability, self-motivation and a well-presented appearance
  • Additional fluency in Korean, Mandarin or Vietnamese would be highly regarded
  • Full vaccination for COVID-19 is mandatory
