Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administration Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payables invoices, reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving discrepancies.

The Accounts Administration Officer will also be responsible for generating and sending out invoices to customers accurately and promptly, collaborating with management to resolve payables and receivables issues, providing administrative support to various departments, maintaining accurate and organized financial records, assisting in the preparation of financial reports, handling inquiries from clients and internal staff regarding financial matters, and performing general office duties.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Accounts Administration Officer
  • Multiple years in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Proven experience in accounts payable/receivable
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Effective communication and willingness to work with a high pace team
