Financial Clerk Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage various financial tasks.

This role involves managing accounts payable, bank account reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and general accounting administration.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • - Enter supplier invoices into Xero and ensure accurate coding
  • - Reconcile receivable payments from clearing accounts (Paypal, Shopify, Afterpay)
  • - Import sales invoices into Xero from Point of Sale software
  • - Notify customers of payment receipts

Working closely with the Finance Manager ensures accurate and timely financial reporting. A strong understanding of basic accounting principles, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Xero, Excel, and Word are essential.
