About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk to join our team in a dynamic and supportive office environment. This full-time position is available in a modern office with ample parking facilities.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable functions, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. They will also perform bank reconciliations, resolve financial discrepancies, and communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Outstanding phone manner and communication skills
- Proven experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar accounting role
- Proficiency in using MYOB software and tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment
- Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations
