Strategic Organisation Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced organisational design specialist to lead workforce strategy and organisation design projects for clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in workforce strategy and organisational design to deliver impactful solutions that drive value and results.

  • Project Leadership: Collaborate with colleagues and clients to define and deliver project outcomes.
  • Problem Solving: Analyse workforce and business data to generate insights and recommendations. Build client relationships and guide clients through structured problem solving.
  • Business Development: Identify and support opportunities for the team to contribute to client outcomes.
About You

Ideally, you'll have skills and attributes below:

  • Technical Skills: Experience with workforce strategy and organisational design.
  • Client Focus: Proactive in understanding and responding to client needs. Previous experience in professional services consulting or internal consulting is highly desirable.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated ability to ask better questions, listen actively and convey ideas effectively. Skilled in navigating complex stakeholder networks.
  • Continuous Learning: Proactive in personal development and open to coaching and feedback. Fosters communication and accountability in teamwork.
  • Analysis and Problem Solving: Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving to identify issues and provide recommendations.
  • Team Coaching: Proven track record of building team capability by mentoring, delegating and fostering a high-performance culture.
