About the Position:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service as a key point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders.
  • Resolve client enquiries, provide information, and refer to relevant service delivery teams.
  • Provide administrative support and coordinate regional events, including group treatment and educative programs.
  • Manage correspondence related to client allocations, referrals, appointments, and service satisfaction.
  • Contribute to daily operations, manage regional correspondence, arrange travel, process invoices, and respond to property and maintenance issues.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in administration or customer service.
  • A strong background in supporting service delivery within mental health, health, community service, or government environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A current Working with Vulnerable People registration and/or ability to obtain.
  • A current Working with Children check and/or ability to obtain.

Benefits:

  • A 12-month casual temporary assignment.
  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).
