We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our busy clinic.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our clinical team, including answering phones, greeting patients, and maintaining the clinic's appearance.
- Assist with various administration tasks, such as data entry, billing, and reporting.
- Work closely with our team of administrators to complete tasks efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to our organization's privacy policies.
- Be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- Administrative experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administration role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and at all levels.
- Organizational skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of mental health services: A basic understanding of mental health services and principles, including recovery models and bio-psycho-social approaches.
