Job Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Part-Time Medical Receptionist who will provide a positive and professional impression to our patients.
Main responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients warmly and creating lasting impressions
- Supporting healthcare professionals with administrative tasks
- Answering calls, triage, booking appointments, billing, and performing administrative duties
A dedicated training program is offered upon commencement, including orientation, compliance training, and support from the Practice Manager and colleagues.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in medical administration or reception roles
- Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Current vaccination status
- Middle-level computer skills and proficiency
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
